Storyline OP Events For All Games & A Business Review...
If you were online yesterday you may have seen us live-posting the slideshow images from GAMA Trade Show 2015, notably those in WizKids’ presentation on Storyline Organized Play events. All of those are in our photo gallery now, along with the slides shown in the companion panel on the company’s Business Review. First off, the Storyline slides explain the details of this year’s Marvel HeroClix Age of Ultron four month event series featuring tournament boosters, Avengers I.D. Cards, limited edition participation items and prizes, maps, and the grand prize Quinjet vehicle! But that’s not all... Going forward WizKids is focused on providing a Storyline OP event for EACH of its games, one per year! So, 2015 will also bring Trinity War for DC Dice Masters, The Q-Continuum for Star Trek Attack Wing, and Elemental Evil for Dungeons & Dragons Attack Wing. Get the info on all of these in our photo gallery.
In the other panel, WizKids’ Bryan Kinsella gave a really interesting look at the business aspects of the company including where it came from and where it’s going, how it allocates resources, what goes into the production of its games, and more. There wasn’t a lot here specifically about figures, but if you’re interested in a peek behind the curtain it’s an interesting look.
