As reported in our Toy Fair story HERE, UCC Distributing has all your blind boxed figure needs covered. Their latest release is a blind bagged mini figure series produced by Phat Mojo based on the zany animated series Bob’s Burgers.

DSCN4643For those feeling lucky, the blind bagged character keychain assortment is for you. Made of a durable PVC plastic topped with a black clip-on attachement, each mini figure ranges in size from a small 2 1/2-inches tall (Louise and Gene Belcher) to a full 3-inches (Bob and Teddy). DSCN4642

Each figure comes in a burger-shaped bag, and, sorry to say, blind feeling the bags won’t help you get the character you want. Each figure is further encased in a one-size plastic sleeve that not only provides extra protection for the figure, but acts a character identity deterrent.DSCN4656Each counter display offers 24 different characters (25 if you count the bonus window boxed fig). Out of 24 attempts I managed to acquire a complete set consisting of: Bob, Linda, Tina, Gene and Lousie Belcher, Zeke, Teddy, Jimmy Pesto Jr., Kuchi Kopi, and the “Wicked Witch of the Pest” pest control van. As you can see, poor ‘lil Gene Belcher was the rarest figure in this batch, though I’m not sure if that’s the case with every counter display. The most common figures included Teddy, Jimmy Pesto Jr., Zeke and Kuchi Kopi, each clocking in with three figures each.

Not feeling so lucky and just want to collect the Belcher family in one fell swoop? Then the collectible figure 5-pack is for you. This set includes the same scale characters offered in the blind bagged assortment, sans the keychain attachment. Surprisingly, they all stand fine on their own, all but Lousie Belcher whose tiny feet proved too small to stand her up. Still, a very nice affordable set for those looking for well sculpted figures based on this show.

Fans of Bob’s Burgers can find the blind bagged keychains and mini figure 5-pack at most major retailers now.
