Jada’s seriously heavy die cast METALS figures caught the attention of collectors earlier this year with a series devoted to Batman v Superman. Since then the METALS line has introduced numerous new licenses, including Captain America: Civil War, Ghostbusters and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Jada’s Comic-Con booth showed off these figures and much more in a variety of sizes: Mini (about 2-inches tall), the standard 4-inch scale (SRP $9.99) and a new deluxe 6-inch size. However, it was the variety of new licenses on display that blew us away.
Coming soon to the METALS line is Guardians of the Galaxy, Suicide Squad, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Power Rangers, Halo, Assassin’s Creed, Star Trek, Wonder Woman, NBA, Disney, and The Walking Dead! These new licensed figures will begin releasing this Fall and carry on into 2017. Look for them at most major retailers with bare metal variant exclusives at select stores.
