If you see a blind box figure assortment at your local Walmart, Target or Toys”R”Us, chances are darn good that it got there courtesy of UCC Distributing. This toy distributor has a portfolio-full of partners ranging from Zag Toys, Just Toys, Tomy, Phat Mojo, Bonkers, and even direct from Blizzard. Plush, role play masks, and other items also make up the collectibles offered, but blind boxed/bagged figures are UCC’s claim to fame.
New items on display included:
Bob’s Burgers: From Phat Mojo comes all your favorite characters from the zany animated series. Collect the Belcher family as a Collectible Figure 5-Pack or take your chance with a blind bagged clip-on series with 10 different characters to collect! These are hitting retail now. Look for Bob’s Burgers dress-up masks, mini plush and a solo/ 2-pack PVC figure assortment in the near future!
Rick & Morty: A fun range of product including role play masks, and foam role play Portal and Laser Guns.
Steven Universe: Blind boxed clip-on mini plush and figures, just to name a few.
Slither.io: The massively multiplayer browser game will receive a broad range of squirmy collectibles. In stores now are blind bagged mini figures, while May will usher in the rest, including bendy plush clip-ons, 8″ and massive 24″ bendy plush, along with some great vinyl figures. I wasn’t familiar with this property, but UCC tells me the game is quite mesmerizing. It’s on my list of things to check out, as I’m sure all these collectibles surely mean Slither.io is the next hot mobile license.
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Blind bagged figures galore, including new figures from the Sister Location!
Rocket League: UCC carries the only collectibles from this game. These include items from Zag Toys, including pull-back racers and clip-ons.
Overwatch: Plush, minis and posters from the popular Blizzard game.
Power Rangers: A series of cool helmets of the movie Rangers arriving this March.
Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2: Look for a blind bagged Baby Groot plush clip-on assortment this March!
Nintendo: Lots of fun stuff here, including a blind boxed assortment of Nintendo controller PVCs (sorry, they don’t actually work), Legend of Zelda and Super Mario stress balls, Zelda capsule toys, and much more!
Domez: Featuring collectible PVC figures encased in a stack-able dome container, these blind boxed figures are fun to collect. We first shared news of these with the Kingdom Hearts assortment (see HERE), but many, many more licenses are on the way! New licenses include Thor Ragnarok, Naruto, Nightmare Before Christmas, Gravity Falls, Lilo & Stitch, Digimon (it’s making a return!), Deadpool and more.
