Chronicle announces that they have started work on the helmets of Anubis, Horus and Ra from the motion picture Stargate. Anubis will be the first piece to see release and Chronicle will be opening pre-orders the week of February 9th (chroniclecollectibles.com). Only 100 Anubis helmets will be offered in the U.S. and 100 will be offered to international distributors. The non-wearable helmet will be priced at $1299.99.

The dimensions of this piece are as follows:

• Helmet itself: 48" tall x 20" wide x 30" deep
• Pyramid base: 12" x 12" x 12"
• Outer base dimensions (subject to change): 18" x 18" x 18"
• Overall height: 65"

The eyes do light up and the head is pre-posed.

Chronicle will begin work on Horus next.
