New Line of Non-Articulated Superhero Figurines...

Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment, is partnering with leading figurine manufacturer Schleich (schleich-s.com/en/US/) on a new line of non-articulated figurines based on the DC Comics pantheon of Super Heroes. The global partnership marks only the second time Schleich has partnered with an entertainment property. The deal was brokered by Schleich’s licensing agency, All American Licensing & Management Group (AALMG).

Created for young fans and collectors alike, Schleich’s figures will feature detailed character representations of beloved DC Comics Super Heroes, including Batman, Superman, Green Lantern and more. The first line will be launched in January 2015 and contains single figurines of the Super Heroes (size 4.33") in impressive and heroic poses as well as special scenery packs with Batman and Superman villains, The Joker and Darkseid. All items are hand-painted, with utmost details and will come in an attractive package.

About Schleich

As a global player with Swabian roots, today the company is majority owned by the European investment group HgCapital. The other shareholders are CEO Dr. Thomas van Kaldenkerken and CFO Erich Schefold. The design of the Schleich play worlds and the creation of the production tools are done in Germany, as are the quality and safety tests. The production itself takes place both at the company‘s German headquarters in Schwäbisch Gmünd and in other production facilities abroad.
