Incredible Dolls Both Licensed And Original...

Tonner’s name is synonymous with magnificent large scale dolls with great sculpts and beautiful costumes. They also partner with all sorts of interesting licenses, bringing a variety of characters to life in their unique styles. As always Tonner had some very impressive pieces on display at Toy Fair, starting with Warm Bodies. From the zombie romance film comes “R” ($189.99, 1000 pieces) and his girlfriend Julie ($179.99, 1000 pieces). The Hunger Games bring us Katniss ($179.99, 1000 pieces), Gale ($169.99, 1000 pieces), and Peeta ($169.99, 1000 pieces). On display but not cleared for photos was Twilight’s Bella Cullen ($189.99, 500 pieces).

Tonner’s incredible DC Comics Character Figure lines continues with Poison Ivy ($349.99, 300 pieces), standing 22 inches tall! A new Dr. Seuss-inspired line of female dolls was on display with the colorful members Truffula ($189.99, 500 pieces), The Cat’s Hat ($189.99, 500 pieces), and Sam I Am ($189.99, 500 pieces). With the license Tonner may tackle the actual characters from Seuss stories down the line.

Another new license acquired by the company is A Christmas Story! On display was a licensor approval-pending Ralphie Dressed Doll ($159.99, 1000 pieces). While we can’t show you a photo, we can say that this doll looked spot on to the film character. In addition to his detailed clothing he’ll also come with glasses and a BB gun.

From their movie lineups Tonner showed off Marilyn Monroe “In a Dream” ($199.99, 500 pieces), Marilyn Monroe “Tropical” (Direct Exclusive), James Dean ($159.99, 1000 pieces), and the beautiful Gone With the Wind Scarlett ($224.99, 300 pieces).
