Following last week's news that NECA will be releasing a 1/4th Scale Classic PREDATOR Action Figure (see our story HERE), new in-progress photos of the towering prototype have been released on Twitter. The image above shows off the figure's real body netting and extreme articulation. The pic below demonstrates clearly just how large this figure will be, displayed next to the standard 8 inch Predator action figure for scale.

Pre-orders are currently being accepted by BigBadToyStore.com with the figure scheduled to ship mid-April, 2011.

Wooow, that is one huge beast, especially with such amazing articulation, well done NECA ! I am, however, more interested in the red figure prototypes behind the predator laying on the table, you can only see their legs but they look like prototypes for the upcoming Bullet storm game figure or perhaps the new Gears of war 3 figures :p

Oh great, thanks. After looking at the Grayson's figure legs i can definetly say those red prototypes are of the upcoming Gears of War 3 line, which is great to see. :D
