First 4 Figures continues their Metroid Gunship Series with the Gunship featured in Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime Hunters.

The 12-inch long Metroid Prime Gunship has been accurately recreated from the original game files. Internal LEDs are placed in a way that creates a stunning light effect. The windscreen, gun batteries, hull and read engines all light up. On the actual gunship, the windscreen and the four engines at the back all light up. The lights fade out slowly when you turn off the lights.

The point where the ship connects to the base has a swivel joint which lets you tilt and angle the ship to any angle that you want. (Please note, you cannot rotate the model on the joint or you will damage the internal wires.)

The Metroid Prime Gunship comes in deluxe full color packaging, hand numbered base, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity which allows you to purchase the same number of the model next in the Gunship series.

The Metroid Prime Gunship is available for pre-orde rnow via first4figures.com priced at $299.99. It is slated to ship second quarter 2011 and will be limited to 750 pieces worldwide.

That looks awesome! I think it needs a good, thorough review by a hardcore spaceship fan... but where to find one? ;)
