In addition to the exciting news of Playmobil and Funko collaborating on licensed figures (see our story HERE), Toy Fair will reveal many new themes and playsets for the classic Playmobil line. Highlights to be unveiled at Playmobil's booth (#2467) include:

• Expansion of Playmobil’s toddler-friendly line, PLAYMOBIL 1.2.3, which inspires a “yes I can” attitude in little ones. Bigger pieces make for easy handling providing toddlers with a sense of accomplishment as they play with the sets.
• New additions to the NHL line.
• Brand new playsets: Cruise in style with the Porsche 911 Carrera S and launch into an out-of-this-world adventure with the brand new Space Rocket with Launch Site.

Porsche 911 Carrera S

Cruise the streets in luxury with the Porsche 911 Carrera S. Tour the road in the base model or take it to the shop and upgrade it with a rear spoiler, front apron, and red rims. Equipped with the functioning front, rear, and dashboard lights, this vehicle makes it easy to navigate the road at night. Set includes Porsche, two figures, show wall, rear spoiler, front apron, eight rims, car jack, tools, LECHUZA planter and other additional accessories. 3 x AAA batteries required.



Space Rocket with Launch Site

Count down to liftoff aboard the Space Rocket with Launch Site. Outfitted with working lights and sounds, this rocket is mission-ready. Use the movable maintenance platform to help the space technicians inspect the rocket prior to launch. With the help of the repair robot, they can make sure that everything is in tip-top shape for the next space mission. Once through the turnstiles, be sure to check out the feeding schedule so that kids can visit their favorite animals when they’re most active. The penguin habitat is a must-see for bird lovers, as adult and baby penguins waddle around while a curious pelican watches from the rock wall. After visiting the area, parents can buy their kid a stuffed animal or a penguin balloon from the souvenir shop before heading over to the lion enclosure. These fierce mammals love gnawing on bones and roaring at passersby. Furnished Children's Hospital

Use your healing powers to help others at the Furnished Children’s Hospital. Those in need of help can enter through the double doors and check in at the front desk. There, a nurse can take the patient’s height and weight before taking them to a room. In the downstairs exam room, the doctor can check the patient to see what might be wrong and then decide on the best way to help him. Once they receive treatment, transport the patient to the second floor aboard the functioning elevator. Upstairs, kids will find rooms where patients can stay while recovering, including a baby room and bathroom with toilet and sink. Set includes three adult figures, one child figure, one baby figure, rolling beds, reclining exam table, respirator, defibrillator, bandages, stethoscopes, medical charts and tools, baby doll, teddy bear, and tons of other accessories.
