[HR][/HR]As previously reported, WETA Workshop had announced that they will be producing collectibles from the hit sci-fi movie District 9. WETA, which designed the original props for the film, reveals today their first two collectible offerings. These include two powerful prawn weapons: the ARC GENERATOR (pictured above) and the GAS PROJECTOR (below).
Both prop replicas are constructed of fiberglass (approximately 11 pounds)with assorted materials for the details. Each also comes with a wall mounting bracket for display. These amazing rifles are strictly limited to 200 pieces each. WETA is now accepting pre-orders at wetanz.com, each rifle replica priced at $710.22 NZD (approximately 485.75 US).
