First 4 Figures presents The Tornado Diorama: Capturing the final climactic moments as Sonic and Tails chase after Robotnik at the end of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Tails pilots the trusty red bi-plane “The Tornado” whilst Sonic rides the wings high above the clouds. The entire scene is captured in high quality polystone, the statue measuring 17.5'' tall x 14'' long x 14'' wide. The plane itself is also attached to the base via a pivoted joint that allows the plane to be posed and angled however the collector chooses.
Two versions of The Tornado Diorama are being offered: a standard edition priced at $299.99 and limited to 1000 pieces, and a F4F exclusive featuring a light-up rocket booster. The exclusive is priced at $329.99 and limited to 425 pieces. Both versions are scheduled to ship in the fourth quarter of 2015.
