ThunderCats fan site ThunderCatsLair.org informs us of news that PrototypeZ Studios will be producing licensed statues (resin model kits) for the classic characters
Although PrototypeZ secured the license in December 2013, there has been no further updates made by the company and speculation was strong that they had shelved the line, which was exactly what every other license holder has done since the show was cancelled.
Sculpted by industry veteran Erick Sosa, initial ThunderCat characters fans can expect include Lion-O, Panthra and Mumm-Ra. Erick is hoping to have Lion-O approved by Warner Brothers in October and then production begins.
