First up, today's DC Comics Superman and the Legion of Super-Heroes preview added another New God to the mix with Lightray! Another fan favorite character never before clixed, this 'Ray blasts off with a great flying pose on top of a translucent yellow energy trail. At 124 points he has Flight, a 7 range with two targets, and a trait that lets him set off a massive attack when he's KO'd! Lightray's dial is pretty straightforward with starting Hypersonic Speed, Toughness, and Perplex for allies only before switching mid-dial to Precision Strike briefly and Phasing/Teleport, Pulse Wave, and Super Senses. End-dial he gets some Energy Shield/Deflection and on his last click gets a boost in effectiveness with the return of HSS and Precision Strike. Naturally he has the Celebrity, Cosmic, and New Gods keywords, and expect to see him on theme teams of the latter. Lightray is an uncommon in the "SLOSH" set which you can preorder at Miniature Market.
