[HR][/HR]Between the upcoming Avengers and Amazing Spiderman films releasing later this year, 2012 is shaping up to be ruled by Marvel feature films and Hasbro is serving up the goods for fans in a major way with the first ever release of vehicles based on the Avengers film. To start things off with a bang, Hasbro unveiled their awesome 3 foot SHIELD Hellicarrier vehicle. This gargantuan vehicle/playset features firing missiles, movable gun turrets and a Captain America action figure.
The Avengers toy line has already started to trickle into stores at press time however there are several other great products in store for the superhero team. All of the movie 3.75" figures were on display at the Hasbro exhibit hall along with their comic book series counterparts. Although most of the movie figures were already revealed at previous events, it was great to see them all displayed with the new SHIELD Hellicarrier and Quin Jet vehicles. The Avengers will have a very strong toy presence in the toy aisles come later this year including Superhero Squad multi-figure sets and several great role play items for kids like Hakeye's Long Range Battle Bow and the return of those awesome Hulk fists.
