New innovative system announced for 1:6th scale figures...

With each new 1:6th scale action figure release, Hot Toys strives to improve through more realistic sculpts, paint apps and accessories. Hot Toys also continues to development new techniques, including their patented Parallel Eyeball Rolling System (PERS).

Continuing to travel down that road of innovation, Hot Toys presents a first-of-its-kind "interchangeable faces technique" (patent pending). First introduced on their Batman series, the system allows for multiple facial expressions on the figure. Hot Toys plans on using this new technique on many of their future figures, including RoboCop.

I don't understand this concept. "To be first introduced on their new Batman series", What do you mean by "To be" when Hot Toys did this years ago on their first Dark Knight DX Batman alongside The Joker? I also don't understand why Hot Toys is acting as if this is a whole new idea for that exact same reason, they even include a picture of this idea at work on their Dark Knight DX Batman!

My bad, I interpreted their press release wrong. You are right, they did introduce it with their Batman line (I assumed it was their NEW Batman). I guess the point Hot Toys is making is that they plan on using it more on future figures - their NEW RoboCop being the next.
