I've never played a Front Mission video game, but that hasn't stopped me from admiring the awesome mech designs. This series of 3-inch tall trading figures featured cool robot designs, each figure hyper-articulated and packed with minute, interchangable accessories. My only complaint was their size. After being spoiled by Koto's amazing series of 6-inch scale Front Mission action figures in 2000, these small offerings came across as, well, very small. A shame because the designs in the trading figure assortment (based on the latest entry in the game series at the time: Front Mission 4) rivaled that of the larger figures. Still, for such tiny toys these were extremely well executed and worthy of any mech collection.
