TriForce returns to the license they started with - Gears of War 3 - to release their newest 1:1 scale full-size prop replica: the Torque Bow.

The Torque Bow was a deadly weapon that is wielded exclusively by the elite Locust warriors, the Theron Guards and occasionally by the higher ranking Palace Guards. It is quite distinct among Locust-produced weaponry. Functionally, the Torque Bow is a muzzle-loading coilgun in the shape of an archaic crossbow that fires a bolt that contains Imulsion in the head.

For those that have been lucky enough to see this piece in person at the conventions, the Torque Bow replica is ginormous! It measures 41" in height and weighs in at 45 pounds. To further the realism, the weapon features working LED effects and includes a removable "Imulsion" filled arrow.

TriForce's Gears of War 3 Torque Bow is available for pre-order now through projecttriforce.com priced at $850 (a payment plan is available). It is limited to only 500 pieces produced.
