    I love that they aren't too artist specific but I think most will complain about the price point considering DC Direct seems to be going Mattel's route and standardizing their bucks instead of using new scults. Deadman and Firestorm look like the same figure from the waist down. Hopefully this won't kill the line the way it did to History of the DC Universe, that line had such potential!
    That said, I'm psyched for Mera!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY! She's beautiful, hopefully the final production piece will look just as nice.

    DC Direct announces that their popular Blackest Night action figure series will make way for BRIGHTEST DAY in 2011. The new line will launch in March and will be based around the hit biweekly comic series. The first two waves have been revealed on the DCU Blog, the image revealing Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, Deadman, Aquaman, Hawkman, Martian Manhunter, Firestorm and Mera.
