Square Enix Reveals Halo 2 Play Arts Kai Master Chief PLUS: New "Master Chief Collection," Halo 5 Details, Halo TV Series... Square Enix has unveiled at E3 2104 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) a prototype for a new Master Chief Play Arts Kai action figure, this one featuring the super soldier's look from Halo 2. No details on the figure have been announced. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Bungie's hit first-person shooter Halo 2, with Microsoft and 343 Industries releasing the The Master Chief Collection to mark the occasion. The box set, due out November 11th ($59.99), will include the first four adventures of hero Master Chief: Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4. The games will be presented in their original format alongside updated versions featuiring 60 frames-per-second and at 1080p resolution. Halo 5: Guardians, which is not included in the set, is scheduled for release next fall. A Steven Spielberg-produced Halo television series will also launch sometime in 2015.
