Funko: Independence Day Pop Vinyl Figures

[B]Funko[/B] has revealed a new wave of Pop vinyl figures based on the 1996 sci-fi movie [B]Independence Day[/B]. This three figure wave is due out in February and includes Will Smith's character [B]Steve Hiller[/B], Jeff Goldblum as [B]David Levinson[/B] and a tentacled [B]Alien[/B] threat. Not pictured is a chase figure of the Alien, perhaps in a different color? Opened head revealing the pilot?

While not confirmed, I'm guessing Funko is kicking off with the classic film in preparation for the fun looking sequel [B]Independence Day: Resurgence[/B], in theaters June 24. And since we're hoping for more ID4 Pop, I'd also [I]love[/I] to see a Pop Ride with Alien and spaceship see release. Make it so Funko!
