[B]Captain Action Enterprises[/B], licensors of the Captain Action figure line, announce their [B]2014 Holiday Exclusive[/B]:  a limited edition action figure & card set that will showcase Captain Action in his new special mission beret and long-version sabre.

The military style beret is new for Captain Action. Styled in the character’s signature blue, it is adorned with the iconic “CA” logo.  The traditional lightning sword has also been upgraded for this release.  This oversize variant is 5 1/2” inches long with a steel colored blade and bronzed handle.

Also included is a complete set of Captain Action cards, with one special card. Shrink-wrapped with the set is an additional sticker card, showcasing the 2014 Holiday Exclusive, with art by Reno Maniquis (pictured above).

“We love the looks of the traditional military cap, but for this one, we wanted to offer something really special.  And combined with the special sabre, this Captain Action looks like he’s ready to kick some series butt,” said Joe Ahearn of Captain Action Enterprises.

To commemorate 1966, the year of Captain Action’s original debut, a limited run of [B]only 66[/B] Holiday Exclusives will be produced.  This unique offering will be shipped in a retro style box, stark white with a Holiday Exclusive vinyl sticker.
