    NYTF16: NECA Cinemachines

    Vehicles, Starships, & Alien Relics...

Action figures and statues are cool of course, but here at Figures.com we go pretty crazy for spaceship toys. NECA recently announced that they’re branching into that world with their new line of Cinemachines, bringing iconic craft from your favorite movies in a great small scale with killer sculpts, a mix of die-cast metal and plastic, and best of all a low price point. 10 of the first Cinemachines were on display at New York Toy Fair 2016 including items from the Alien, Predator, and Terminator franchises, though Randy told us he has even more on deck and lots more he’d like to do. These ships and vehicles (and Space Jockey) look fantastic up close and will be highly sought after display pieces. Ground vehicles have moving wheels and treads, and the Aliens UD-4L Cheyenne Dropship has four swing out weapon pods and a spring-loaded ramp that deploys a miniature APC! Series one is up for preorder pretty much everywhere with the Dropship, APC, Derelict Ship, and Space Jockey for $25 apiece. Future releases include the Nostromo (possibly a deluxe presentation), Narcissus Escape Pod, USS Sulaco, and Hadley’s Hope Daihotai Tractor.
