While critics may have been divided concerning the film Chappie, we know better because it was awesome. As part of the team that literally brought the robot and other technology of the film to life, WETA is continuing with products based from the movie and showed off some new ones at San Diego Comic-Con 2015. In a large display case was a full-size Chappie, but next to him was a big surprise in the form of a Moose statue! There aren’t a lot of details on this guy yet, but the sculpt and paint work on this prototype looked fantastic, capturing all of the hulking robot’s many weapon systems and unique hunched form.
