Spin Master always has a wide array of interesting licenses and fun, technologically advanced toys, so we were excited to see what they had on display at New York Toy Fair 2016. There was quite a bit, so we’ll give you some quick hits and you can check out the photo gallery (links above and below).
Meccano
-Junior line with cars, vehicles, and dinosaurs.
-Building sets.
-Micronoids - three different robot characters with voices, lights, motion recording technology, Magic 8 Ball function, music-detection and dancing, and the ability to communicate with each other. $40 each.
-Mechasaur dinosaur robot. Massive creature with sensors to detect touch and sound. Has different moods and will react to petting, sound, motion, and more. $100
-Price decrease on Meccanoids

-Star Wars line expands with X-Wing, quad copter Millennium Falcon plus new encased (solid exterior) Vader’s TIE Advanced
-Batman v Superman: Batmobile and Batplane
-Star Trek: classic movies Enterprise-A with the fans in the saucer, totally smooth flight and hovering. Just in time for the original series' 50th anniversary!
-Air Hogs Connect: a mat linked to a smart device lets you play in augmented reality, hovering over a virtual world and interacting with different missions
-Helix Sentinel Drone: camera streams directly to smart device with goggles and/or controller (included). Sensors to set altitude and object avoidance while in “immersive reality” mode
