The Monster Slayer Returns With New Bloody Deco...

In addition to their 1:6th scale Bloodbourne Hunter PVC Statue, Gecco has released a "Puddle of Blood" exclusive. As the name implies, this version of our monster-slaying hero features some fantastic "blood" deco splattered liberally on the figure, as well as on the cobblestone base. It's a fitting addition given the violent nature of the game, and in my opinion, the better looking of the two Hunter statue releases. The crimson paint really adds a new layer of depth to the piece, further emphasizing the Hunter's deadly skills.
Aside from the slightly more gory detail, the Puddle of Blood exclusive is essentially the same statue I previously reviewed HERE (https://www.figures.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79619). That's a good thing for those that already own the initial release. For those that don't, the Puddle of Blood exclusive is the way to go. Priced at $299.99 just like the standard release, it's really a no-brainer on what version to get. Alas, both versions have already sold out through geccodirect (http://geccodirect-intl.ocnk.net/product-list/2) (that was fast!), so Bloodbourne fans will have to keep their eyes peeled on the secondary market.
