At Hasbro’s New York press event during Toy Fair 2016 we got to see a bunch of new product on the way capturing everything from the comics to movies, cartoons, and more. One of the “biggest” bits of news was that the ever-expanding umbrella of “Legends” figures will now include 12 inch figures, and you can read more about that HERE (https://www.figures.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79764). But let’s check out all of the other cool reveals from the show. First off, in the kids category Hasbro is continuing the animated lineup for Ultimate Spider-Man vs. Sinister Six with six inch figures, the deluxe Rhino Rampage, and massive Web City Showdown. The Titan Hero line of 12 inch figures expands into Captain America: Civil War with Falcon, War Machine, Captain America, and Iron Man, and roleplay items this year will include helmets, shields, gauntlets, and exclusives like Captain America’s Shield with harness and mask at Kohl’s and a Black Panther mask and claw set at Toys R Us. Meanwhile, the Hero Mashers are shrinking with a new line of “micro” figures and vehicles scaled around 2.5 inches though fully compatible with the larger ones.

-Comic Packs: Spider-Man & Scarlet Spider, Captain Marvel & Mar-Vell, Hyperion & Marvel Now Hyperion
-Captain America: Civil War: Captain America on motorcycle, Falcon with tech wings and Redwing

-X-Men: Deadpool, Rogue, Xtinction Cable, Phoenix, Havok, Kitty Pryde with Lockheed, clear Iceman. There will be a Build-A-Figure but it was not revealed.
-Dr. Strange: Iron Fist, Nico Minoru, movie Dr. Strange. Build-A-Figure Dormammu based on the previous SDCC exclusive with new deco

Lastly, Hasbro is launching a line of premium roleplay items for adults and collectors starting with life-size replicas of Captain America’s shield and Iron Man’s helmet. The latter will have a removable faceplate, lights, sounds, and more. Pre-orders for both of those items went live during the event in New York, and several attendees announced their orders were already placed.
