This year marks Captain Action's 50th anniversary and to celebrate, CKRTLAB Toy will be releasing two show exclusive 5.5" tall vinyl figures. Shown to us a Toy Fair was:
* Gold Captain Action (pictured above)- Nothing says exclusive - or 50th Anniversary - like some bling! Gold Cap will be exclusive to San Diego Comic-Con, pricing TBD, but most likely around $35.
* Arctic Adventurer Captain Action (pictured below) - This polar variant will be exclusive to New York Comic Con.
In other Captain Action news, a 1:6 Ultraman suit is being designed for the 1:6th scale Captain Action figure. This is being worked on by Medicom of Japan and will represent the classic 1966 Ultraman suit. More details to come!
