Pop Culture Shock Collectibles announces that their next Street Fighter statue will be Gouken. Two versions will be offered, both PCS website exclusives (popcultureshocktoys.com):

Both statues measure approximately 16" tall and include an alternate head. These are slated to ship 4th quarter 2014.
