Sideshow has released new photos and details on their new 1:6th scale Star Wars Imperial Probe Droid. The "Probot" - as seen in The Empire Strikes Back - measures nearly 18" tall, hovering along atop a museum quality base with an optional Hoth-themed base hugger. In addition to ominous black lenses and brilliant light up eye features, the Probe Droid also includes a ‘squawk box,’ loaded up with the infamous garbled transmission sound effects that made it one target Han undeniably shot at first (click the video below to hear it).

The Imperial Probe Droid will be priced at $249.99 with payment plan options available. It will be moving in for pre-order this Thursday, November 21st.
