Mattel Offers Most Highly Demanded Villain Through DC Figure Subscription...

Perhaps one of the most highly-requested villains in DC Universe line Doomsday was officially announced during yesterday's Mattel DC panel at Comic-Con. Mattel is making it all about the fans in 2014 and is aiming to deliver the goods to DC collectors by offering the first ever oversized Doomsday in containment suit if the subscription purchases tier 1 goal is met but it gets even better. If the Club Infinite Earths subscription sales exceed the tier 1 level and reach tier 2 goals, the club exclusive will be a fully unleashed Doomsday figure with all the bells and whistles. So it all comes down to the fans to determine which version of Doomsday will be made in 2014. While it is unclear if the containment suit Doomsday will still see release if tier 2 goals are met, we are sure that Mattel will find a way to get that version of the character into fan's hands in some other way. Perhaps even as the 2014 Comic-Con exclusive?

Mattel will also be rounding off this year's subscription with the release of Fire in August, Huntress in September, Ocean master in October,Ra's Al Ghul in November, Batzarro and Batzarro in December.
