Playmates Toys announces new Stealth Tech Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Hitting store shelves this July (2013), this all-new assortment includes the four Turtles equppied with high-tech gear, along with two new villains: Cockroach Terminator and Rat King.

Playmats has also uploaded a new stop motion animation that brings the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures to life. It's a ninja style showdown – the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vs. Shredder and the Foot Clan! Check it out below.
