DC Collectibles has revealed the addition of two new head henchmen (game bosses) based on the hit video game, Batman Arkham City. To be sold as action figure two-packs, these sets pair Sickle and Penguin (pictured above) and Mr. Hammer and Harley Quinn (below). Pricing and release to be announced.
