1:6th scale toy compnay ACI Toys returns to ancient Rome with another spectacular figure release: Roman General. While the name is generic enough, anyone who has seen Ridley Scott's epic motion picture Gladiator should instantly recognize this as Russell Crowe as Maximus Decimus Meridius. That's the beauty of creating an action figure based on real-life past history - no licensing needed.

This intricately armored Roman warrior is slated for release this April priced at around $180. Unfortunately, most retailers have already sold out on advance orders.
