Alien "Big Chap" figure made by Aoshima of Japan back in around 2003. I actually picked mine up in Japan for around $20-$30, but good luck finding one cheap (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Skynet-Alien-Big-Chap-and-Face-Hugger-figure-aoshima-rare-/261087889462?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cca0d0836) these days. One of my favorites (just love the stylish simplicity of it), though NECA's is far more screen accurate (I only own their larger quarter scale Alien - be a tad big for this photo shoot:) ).
