After what seems like a lifetime of micro-teasers, a full length trailer has finally been unleashed for Ridely Scott's Prometheus. While still shrouded in mystery, the new trailer goes a long way in painting a better picture of Scott's anticipated sci-fi film that takes place right before 1979's classic, Alien. If you are as big a fan of Alien as I am, seeing the "Space Jockey" in this trailer will give you goosebumps. Saw this trailer twice in the Ballroom at Wondercon along with Sir Ridley Scott himself and Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron.

We probably haven't seen a sci-fi film this good since District 9. And it's an Alien prequel to boot.

Scott told us that although Prometheus will answer some questions about Alien and make some connections, it will leave alot of loose ends and propose new burning questions. He said himself that he'd like to do another sci-fi film after this, possibly a follow up to Prometheus. I say bring it on Mr. Scott, we are ready for your genius.

Thats just awsome and makes me sick with jealousy, Ridley Scott is my favourite Director and Alien is one of my favourite films. cant wait to see the film.

P.S any chance of coming to Sheffield England for a special screening Mr Scott, yes ?, no ?, you can bring Miss Theron too if you like, I wont complain !

My gut says this will be an EPIC film.
