DC Direct revealed at Toy Fair a new addition to their popular ongoing Batman Black and White line. The monochrome statue series, each piece a unique artist take on the Caped Crusader, will see a dynamic new release by Jock. The artist of Batman: The Black Mirror captures Batman like no other artist has in the series, depicting the Dark Knight in a dynamic swooping dive.

Jock's Batman Black and White is slated for release this August. BigBadToyStore.com (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=DCC11494&mode=retail) is currently accepting pre-orders, the statue priced at $74.99. Follow the links above and below to take a look at DC Direct's many Batman Black and White statues on display at Toy Fair. It's quite impressive when several statues in the series are displayed together...

It'll be interesting to see how popular this statue is. It is a very different, more dynamic pose than some of the others in the series. I personally like it a lot, and I'm excited to see where they will go with the future statues.
