This new set of the show's explosive debut includes several hours of new bonus content including a very cool black and white un-aired version of the series pilot. The Walking Dead Season One Collector's Edition set is available in both DVD and Blu-ray formats and a limited edition is exclusively available at Best Buy that includes an awesome latex zombie mask designed by SFX guru Greg Nicotero himself.

If you're a hardcore Dead fan like me, you have already seen all six episodes of Season 1 more than once... but never like this. The new Blu-ray features optional commentary for every episode and several new video documentaries such as "Digital Decay" which takes viewers behind-the-scenes with a closer look into the zombie make-up process. There is also a great documentary video that focuses on the creation of the show's most memorable zombie, "Bicycle Girl".

The unaired black and white pilot episode is a great bonus and a fantastic way for newcomers to jump into the TV series. It will significantly appeal to those who read the comics as well. As mentioned, the Best Buy exclusive edition includes an amazing life-like zombie mask that looks very creepy and is possibly one of the best packed-in Blu-ray items ever. The latex mask is manufactured by NECA and has a unique design that wraps around your chin and upper brow. The mask contours very well against your facial features and looks incredibly life-like. Halloween, here I come.

The Walking Dead Season One Collector’s Edition Set includes:

· Pilot Episode: The Black & White Version

· We Are THE WALKING DEAD
· Bring Out The Dead: KNB And The Art Of Making Zombies
