As reported last month (see our story HERE (https://www.figures.com/forums/news/13575-company-awarded-dc-comics-license.html)), Sideshow Collectibles had been awarded the DC Comics license to create a signature line of premium statues, busts and other collectibles. Their first offering is none other than the Clown Prince of Crime - The Joker - as a towering mixed-media Premium Format Figure. Pre-orders for this piece begin tomorrow, Thursday, September 1st, 2011.

Two versions will be sold. The Sideshow Exclusive Joker Premium Format Figure will include a switch-out portrait with hat and will be priced at $349.99. Additionally, the regular version, without the additional switch-out accessory will be available for pre-order priced at $349.99. Both versions of The Joker Premium Format Figure will be sold on a first come, first served basis, and will have the FLEXPay option available as a payment choice.
