As reported to you with our San Diego Comic-Con coverage (see our story HERE (https://www.figures.com/forums/news/13712-sdcc11-new-s-h-monster-arts.html)), Bandai Japan was introducing a new action figure line under their S.H. Figurarts banner. Called S.H. Monster Arts, the series will capture Toho's pop culture sensation, Godzilla, as well as his many foes and allies and transform them into highly detailed, articulated and accessorized collectibles.

Pictured are new images of the first two releases scheduled to arrive later this year: Godzilla and Mechagodzilla. Standing approximately 6 inches, the figures feature a special display stand for effect parts, 29 points of articulation to achieve dynamic poses such as Godzilla swimming underwater, ABS, PVC and POM material construction, and incredible sculpts rendered by the renowned 'zilla artist, Yuji Sakai.

Fans can pre-order the new S.H. Monster Arts figures now priced at around $65 each through fine online retailers such as BigBadToyStore.com (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/search.aspx?search=Godzilla) and U.S. distributor Sideshow Collectibles (http://affiliates.sideshowtoy.com/Tracker.aspx?aid=6&href=http%3a%2f%2fwww.sideshowtoy.com).
