ReSaurus is one of the first toy companies that comes to mind that took video game licenses seriously. While I was more attracted to their Quake, Street Fighter and Duke Nukem action figures, ReSaurus' Sonic the Hedgehog collectibles weren't half bad either. As a robot fan I picked up E-102 from this second series released in 2000.
