Shadow Raiders was an animated television series loosely based on the Trendmasters toy line, War Planets, which were oddly branded "War Planets: Shadow Raiders". Confused? I sure was. It would have been so much simplier to brand the entire 'toon and toys under ONE easy to remember name. Maybe "Shadow Planets" or "War Raiders"... Anyways, the toy line was extensive, ranging from action figures of multiple sizes (4 and 8 inch), cool micro playsets and even vehicles. These were pretty creative toys, almost as awesome as my childhood favorites, Power Lords (http://www.virtualtoychest.com/p/powerlords/powerlords.html).

LOVE LOVE LOVE War Planets!!! The show was great (have 'em all on DVD), the 4 inch figures were fun, and the micro line was fantastic! I'd love to complete my collection one day, but the ones I'm missing were the really rare later releases like Planet Reptizar, etc.

I KNEW you'd comment on these. Glad those 8 inch figs found a good home:)
