Hellraiser etched NECA in stone on the collectible action figure map. A figure of fan-favorite Cenobite Pinhead was long overdue, but what NECA released was above and beyond what collectors expected. Horror hounds not only got their beloved Pinhead, but also practically every twisted Cenobite seen in the long series of films. The coolest part of Series 1 was the bonus Puzzle Cube fans received when all the core figures were collected. While it didn't transform or open the gates of hell, it was an awesome replica of the iconic Hellraiser Lament Configuration.

Stay tuned next week for a look at NECA's Hellraiser Series 2.

One of my favorite series of figs of all time

I still wish NECA would go back and finish off the other Cenobites they never got around to doing like Gearhead and Camerahead and Terri and The Engineer. Maybe put em in their Cult Classics line or something.

Come on NECA, I know you can do it!

Truly great line.

Here's a fun fact: Pinhead's hand is also perfectly shaped to hold the Necronomicon from McFarlane's Army of Darkness Ash!

Not the best pic, but you get the idea. :D
