Modern military figures never looked so good...

With the recent news of Square Enix bringing fans new Metal Gear Solid action figures (https://www.figures.com/forums/news/10266-metal-gear-solid-peace-walker-play-arts-kai-figures.html), I thought it'd be cool to look back at some of the first Metal Gear figs released. Produced by McFarlane in top toy form, these two assortments wowed video game fans with superbly detailed figures of everyone's favorite Special Forces Operative - Solid Snake - and his high-tech allies and enemies. Ninja and Vulcan Raven are to this day two of my all-time favorite action figures; Ninja for his sleek futuristic cyborg coolness and Raven for the biggest mini-gun/ammo pack combo ever seen on a toy. How awesome would it be if Square Enix re-visited these older game characters and produced them in their Play Arts Kai format?
