After their successful run with Hellraiser, Gremlins cemented NECA as the go-to company for fan-favorite, cult classic movie action figures. This series was amazing, offering four often requested Gremlins in figure form, each loaded with tons of accessories. I loved the array of minature candy bars.
Speaking of Cult Classics, NECA has been teasing fans via their Twitter feed (twitter.com/NECA_Toys) of a brand-new Cult Classics license. Clues dropped include:
- "We just started work on figures from a real cult classic. Not our typical fare but it will have an audience."
- "Its's really old and definitely not for everyone."
- "Mr. Hand"
Guesses shot down include Dark City, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and my personal vote, Nosferatu. What could it be?
