JAKKS Pacific’s towering “Big Figs” were front and center at Toy Fair 2017. The large action figures, ranging in size from 20″, 30″ and massive 4 feet, continue on strong this year with new characters from DC Comics and Star Wars.
While it is too early to unveil anything from the new film, fans can expect numerous Big Figs from Star Wars: The Last Jedi later this year. The Justice League movie will also receive the Big Fig treatment, with The Flash the only character on display. Expect the rest of the team, Batman, Cyborg, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman to round out the assortment.
Also shown was a new Amazon Exclusive DC Comics Tribute Series (search “BIG-FIGS Tribute Series” on Amazon.com). This range of Big Figs includes popular superheroes with extra deluxe flourishes. Harley Quinn featuring a cool metallic silver deco launched the series in January and was followed by The Flash in a red metallic costume this month. Look for Superman with a real cloth outfit to release in March. These are priced at $59.99 each.
