this comes across as Neca reusing one of their older molds instead of doing something new & different. once again, we have yet another Billy The Puppet doll that makes sound, but his lower jaw doesn’t move. I have no clue as to why most toy companies keeps leaving that part out or why they don’t use any other sound effect that isn’t the standard laugh.
