Pre-orders have opened for two new NECA action figures based on the upcoming movie Secret Headquarters. Opening in theaters in August, the film stars Owen Wilson as Charlie Kincaid. Charlie and his friends start to believe his father is a superhero after finding a secret headquarters under his home.
