Hollywood Collectibles Group (HCG) has opened up pre-orders for a new Ghostbusters collectible: a 1:1 scale prop replica of the Ecto Goggles.
Designed to allow the wearer to see invisible ghosts and visually track P.K.E. valences, this life- size replica has been painstakingly recreated, and comes complete with a 14” x 14” themed display stand. The Ecto Goggles are a prop replica for display purposes, it is not designed to be worn. This is a companion piece to HCG’s popular Ghost Trap Prop Replica (see our story HERE).
The Ecto Goggles Prop Replica is priced at $399.95and limited to 500 pieces. A HCG Exclusive Edition is also available, which includes an individually numbered metal plaque. The exclusive is also priced at $399.95 and limited to only 150 pieces worldwide.

Hopefully, the goggles are not made out of the same cheap materials they used in the trap. For $500 it lacked even the basic features that were on the Matty version.
