Show stock has shipped and bags are packed for this year’s Kentuckiana GI Joe Toy Expo in Louisville, Kentucky. This will be our fourth time attending, and we ALWAYS have a blast. Steve and Larry put on a great show with a super good variety of vendors (of both new and vintage). As stated before, I always go home with something new to add to my vintage GI Joe Collection. CUSTOM FIGURE OF THE WEEK

As promised last week, here are a few pics of my 1/6 Steve McQueen Bullitt custom. It features a gorgeous head sculpt from Jase Marshall painted up by yours truly, and costumed almost totally (with a few alterations) by Cotswold Collectibles. I’ve always been a fan of the film’s poster imagery, so I had to skip the sports coat for that lethal look….
